Just as we thought things were looking up during this pandemic in Singapore, we're pushed into another lockdown...
It may feel like hopes for returning to normal may be far down the road, but the next four weeks could be a blessing in disguise! Of course, it depends on how you've decided to use it.
Here are some ways you can make the most of the next four weeks :
1. Pick up or practice your meditation
The concept is simple, however many people forget the importance of simply taking a moment for themselves and collect their thoughts. It can be a short and sweet five minutes, as you pull your shoulders down, lengthen your neck, and straighten your back. These little minutes of mindfulness can start or end your day perfectly!
To add a little extra to your ritual, we think this is the ideal time to light up a candle to immerse yourself in a whole other universe, as you take in the scent.

Our Seda France candle "Bleu Ginger", blends the fragrances of tropical ginger blossoms with tart lemon & neroli with a floral assortment of jasmine, lily, violet and lilac. The fragrance is softened with a hint of sweet vanilla bean. An opulent and complex fragrance.
2. Plan a mini redecorating project
It's unbelievable how simply changing your furnitures or home decor pieces within the same room can make such a difference. Refresh your routine by challenging yourself to channel your inner interior designer!
Want to live like the Queens and Kings of England? Wake up to a zen bohemian vibe? make your life #Instagram worthy? Start by changing up your environment!

3. Don't lose touch with your friends
Just because you can't go out to dine with your friends, doesn't mean you should let them feel forgotten. Show them that you still care by simply connecting with them through calls or simply shooting them a simple text message.
Why not surprise them with a Taylor B gift card to make their whole week?

4. Most importantly... spend time with your family
Whether it's your other half, your kids, or your lovable furry friends, it's crucial to take this time to reconnect and spend quality time with one another. Let them in on your new projects you're commencing, or include them in practicing good habits. After all, having your own cheerleader as well as another mind always produces the best ideas!
